Thank you for your patience regarding the issues with roster bound items available in the Twinkle Twinkle Exchange Shop that were intended to be character bound. Because of the negative impacts that simply switching these items to character bound would have on players who purchased them, we are changing our approach to the situation.
Roster bound Honor Shard Random Chests, Honor Leapstone Random Chests, and Support Honing Materials Random Chests will not be usable, movable, or purchasable until the February 15th weekly update. During maintenance, these chests will be removed from player’s inventories and all gold spent on them will be refunded. When the game comes back up, a new character-bound selection of Honor Shard Random Chests, Honor Leapstone Random Chests, and Support Honing Materials Random Chests will become available for purchase in the Exchange shop.
The duration of the Twinkle Twinkle Exchange Shop will be extended to make up for players who missed out this week or purchased items to support a new character, such as the upcoming Artist class. The Exchange shop will remain available two weeks into the March Update instead of ending with the March Update as originally planned.
All players will also receive the following compensation package:
